Must know a lot of HTML and CSS.
Must check over Midnight-Neo everyday.
Must submit 2 graphics and 1 guide or tutorial a week.
You will get access into the site.
There will only be one Co-Owner, so there is a short chance of you getting to be Co-Owner.

To apply for Tutorial or Guide writer, here are your rules and requirments:
You must be active.
You must have a good grammer program, but MS Word is an okay.
Must have good grammer.
Must respect other staff members.
Must never give out the staff lounge's password.
Do not steal any tutorials or guides from any other neopet site or you will be fired. NO WARNINGS.
Your guide or tutorial must have 2 paragraphs or more, and at least 1 image.
Must explain every statement in your tutorial or guide.
You must submit 1 guide or tutorial a week.
